👉INGREDIENTS:
1 red cabbage,grated or sliced
1 carrot,sliced
1/2 cup fresh dill,chopped
👉Dressing:
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp oregano
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp fresh ginger grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
2 tbsp sesame seeds
👉Method:
Grate or slice the red cabbage thinly.
Add to a large bowl .
Add carrot sliced,chopped dill and the dressing.
Toss everything together .
Top with sesame seeds.Enjoy!
