Butchers sausages, crispy butchers bacon and bury black pudding, home made hash brown, tomato, mushroom and fried local eggs on fried homemade sourdough. Think a bit of black pudding cooked into the sausage. No beans or toast today, didn’t feel like it.
I put it on the plate that one dude really hates, with stokes brown sauce, English mustard and coffee. The coffee is from a small roasters near gorse bakery in Cornwall from holiday called the roasting room.
