I think I’ve got it now. Come a long way from not toasting the buns, patties too think, cheese not melted enough and patty melts just didn’t work for me (different story if I can get one at a restaurant). Also, some steak fries and roasted garlic aioli on the side to finish it off.

    Adding: Switched up the bun too. Prefer this style now over a larger sesame seed bun.

    As a skinny dude, I would totally destroy that. Then suffer and regret it. Then do it all over again at the next opportunity.
