🥣 Ingredients (Serves 4):
400g spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 carrot (diced)
500g ground beef
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
½ cup stock + 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (wine substitute)
Salt & black pepper
Parmesan cheese (to serve)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Cook spaghetti until al dente, set aside.
Sauté onion, garlic, and carrot in olive oil.
Add ground beef, season, and cook until browned.
Stir in tomato paste, tomatoes, herbs, and stock + balsamic vinegar.
Simmer 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over spaghetti, topped with Parmesan.
