Bought these peppers months ago and can’t recall what variety they are. I’ve got multiple plants w/fruit from their seed. Yes, I’m a pepper newbie.

   Wait, they don’t heat them to dehydrate? I would think that would kill the seed. Color me surprised

   The bag looks like guajillo peppers….the live plant/pepper does not lol

   The dried pepper are Guajillo, the fresh plant/pepper would be Mirasol.
