If that’s bacon, I hope it’s just the fatty pieces. Hopefully, it’s ham otherwise because I was just reading about a guy who liked his bacon soft and chewy. He wasn’t even cooking it to the minimum safe temperature. He started showing odd symptoms, so he had it checked out. They found a parasite that had moved to his brain. He’d apparently been “cooking” his bacon that way for years.
