Look how much fat is rendered out during cooking. It’s not easy to get crust and you did well with great pink on the inside. Tastes like butter, right?

You quite literally cooked here brother/brotherette. Excellent (and I mean perfect) finish on the steak and good fried rice never misses. Only note I’d have to offer is that id add a bit of green: roasted romaine, bok choy or, ideally Gai Lan aka “Chinese” broccoli.
But you knocked this tf outta the park, straight into orbit, fr.
