Ingredients

4 heads of garlic
1 tbsp of fleur de sel
1 lemon
600 ml of oil

Peel the garlic cloves and remove the germs so that it is not bitter
You will need patience
Squeeze a lemon
In a blender and with a hand blender, put the garlic and salt and blend
Pour a little lemon then blend
Pour a little oil then blend
And so on …
Make a back and forth movement to make an emulsion
