
Was 18g in double in 32s and 45g at about 38s. How do you like it? The beans are from candelaria and are honey processed. I like it but i would prefer something with more fruit. It tasted nutty almost a little pistachio and almond paste. (I am from switzerland still searching for my perfect bean)

Seems a little too long. Should have kept recording so we can see how the crema settles. The most important aspect, taste, we can’t score.
Did you preinfuse? Seemed too immediate of a start. Went from 0 to 100 and blonde in no time.
What does it taste like? My shots look like this but it becomes sour and astringent after it cools off
