    Ingredients
    1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter
    1 cup (200 g) brown sugar, packed
    ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 ½ cups (300 g) all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    ½ tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups (340 g) chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (semisweet or a mix)
    Flaky sea salt (optional, for topping)

    I browned the butter for 5-7 min.
    -Whisk brown sugar and granulated sugar into butter. Add and whisk one egg at a time and then stir in vanilla
    -Mix in dry ingredients and fold in chocolate

    Approximately 2 tbsp per cookie baked at 350°F for 10-11 min
