Like it or not, fall is officially here. While the return to cold weather is less than ideal, it also means months of cozying up with some delicious baked goods. For those living in Marda Loop, there’s some sweet news.
Choux & C, a new French bakery and cafe, is set to open in the Calgary neighbourhood, bringing with it delicious sweet treats.
The specialty here will be choux à la crème (or cream puffs, for the non-French speakers among us) in a variety of flavours. Previously, the brand has made crème brûlée, coconut, and passion fruit, as well as macchiato iterations, among others.
Alongside a range of other French treats, the spot will also offer a large selection of hot and cold beverages to pair with a sweet treat or two.
While an opening day for the new spot has yet to be revealed, it’s sure to be an exciting one.
