🔹Ingredients 1 :

_ 2 Zucchini
_ 2 tbsp Cooking oil
_ 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
_ 1/2 tsp Turmeric
_ 1 tsp Paprika
_ 1 tbsp Dried mint powder
_ Salt
_ Red chili (optional)

🔹Ingredients for the sauce:

_ 3 tbsp Yogurt
_ 1 tsp Garlic puree
_ 1tbsp Fresh dill, chopped

📢Recipe:

Cut the zucchini into finger-sized pieces Sprinkle them with fine breadcrumbs, paprika, turmeric, salt, and dried mint powder. Add a little cooking oil or olive oi and mix well. Spread them in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 30 minutes.
For the sauce, mix yogurt with crushed garlic and freshly chopped dill. The taste of this zucchini with this sauce is absolutely amazing!

🔹Ingredients 2 :

_ 2 Zucchini
_ 1 tbsp Olive oil
_ 1/2 tsp Black pepper
_ Salt
_ 100 gr Mozzarella
_ Optional filling of your choice

📢Recipe:

Slice the zucchini into thin sheet and arrange them on a baking tray so that there are no gaps between them.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper
Top with a layer of mozzarella and bake in the oven at 180°C (350″F) until the cheese turns golden.
Then transfer to a plate and use them to make sandwiches with any fillings you like!
