I planted 2 bell ferri-morse pepper seed packs. With those 2 packs i got 2 plants that produce these peppers. They taste like bell peppers but not sure what they are. Thing is my jalapeño up until a month ago also tasted sweet like these so not sure what will happen with these as the jalapeño now have a strong bite. I attached a screenshot of the varieties that were in the packs. One was a grand bell and the other was a rainbow bell.

If you tried a pepper while it was still green, yes the heat may not be there. The spicy level builds over time, and is not really a thing with the green, unripe peppers.
And I didnt harvest this pepper, I have the shears there for reference, I was harvesting bell peppers and jalapeños so thats what I had available

Anthem peppers. I got quite a few of these mixed in though out my pepers this year as well.
