6 tbsp water
2 tbsp sugar
1.5 ish tbsp lime or lemon juice
2-3 tbsp fish sauce
as many thai chilis as possible

makes getting ur protein in so delicious I’m just eating a bowl of rotisserie chicken rn

    Thank you for the name and recipe! I’ve had this at Vietnamese restaurants but I had no idea what it was called or that there was anything other than fish sauce and Thai Chiles in it. Going to have to make this soon with my glut of Thai Chiles
