Went on a Sunday at 2pm and there was a 30 minute wait. Service was amazing. Of course I wanted to try lots of things and they were all great! But now after sampling various things I think I'll be very happy next time with a few of the amazing tacos and a shrimp cocktail.

It’s the best. I miss when there was zero wait but good food deserves good business

Was the octopus part of the tasting menu? I prefer not to eat octopus due to their intelligence (maybe I’m a hypocrite bc I eat pig, but idk I just feel bad), but I’m a sucker for a tasting menu.

I used to eat octopus, can’t do it anymore, learned too much about them.

Holbox at Mercado La Paloma, right? That octo looks insane. If you go again, try the smoked kanpachi and the uni tostada; counter seating moves faster than tables. Parking can be tight, but theres a lot behind.

One thing I noticed when I ate here was the quality of the avocado.

All the cold stuff is next level. I went off course this last visit and tried the lobster 🦞 never again. The claws were great but the body was nasty texture wise and so watery. The branzino (filet or whole) plates are awesome but the lobster is not worth it at this restaurant given the amazing ceviche and cocktails and tostadas here. Just dont do it
