I wanted to share one of my favorite quick desserts that I’ve been making a lot lately. It’s super easy, no oven needed, and always disappears fast when I bring it to friends or family.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 9.5 oz tea biscuits (or graham crackers)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix condensed milk with cocoa powder until smooth.

  1. Grind the cookies into fine crumbs (it is best to use a blender) and add to the container with the mixture.

4.Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap or a bag and chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes.

5.Shape into small balls and roll in shredded coconut.

That’s it! They turn out soft, rich, chocolatey, and perfect for a quick snack.
