I love both honestly. Depending on the wing sauce it would change my preference too. A sweeter sauce I like rance where a spicier sauce I like blue cheese.
Though, a place near me will add the dry ranch seasoning to their blue cheese and it’s a perfect flavor.

I used to bartend at a place that specializes in wings and the amount of ranch we’d go through in a week would sicken you. Like 15 gallons a week. While blue cheese would only be maybe 2 gallons every week. You’d think those heathens drank that shit.

It depends on the wing I think, and lot’s of people just don’t get traditional buffalo. Hell they probably included boneless “wings” as wings here.
But flavorwise, buffalo? Blue cheese. Asian zing? Ranch. Hell I’m over gate keeping. I like both honestly
