This kids’ snack is so fast and easy to make. It’s high in protein and my kids loved them as a dessert after dinner!

Ingredients:
– 70 gram sweet thins or graham crackers
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 200g sweetened Greek yogurt
– Handful of blueberries or any fruit of your choice

Instructions:
1) Finely crush sweet thins and then mix with melted butter
2) Tightly pack mixture into muffin cups, firmly pressing down with a spoon
3) Top each cup with Greek yogurt and then fruit
4) Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy!
