They brought some chips and salsa to start, then I had red and green beef enchiladas with rice and beans as a main.

    1.5 oz chips + 2 tblsp salsa = 222 cals

    Hmm adding in everything else
    2 oz tortilla
    3 oz beef
    1/2 cup refried beans
    1.5 cups rice
    1 oz mozzarella
    1 oz queso blanco
    2 oz avocado

    total = 1619 cals 🙂

    But good to treat yourself every once in a while I guess
