Tabasco salsa sauce.

I used to love going to the TB/KFC combo and getting KFC hot sauce for crunchy tacos. It’s just a straightforward vinegar style hot sauce without the thickened texture and not-great flavor of TB sauces.

I never see Dave’s hurtin habanero getting any love around here

Taco Bell Diablo sauce. I put it on panda Express

Every now and again I put franks on tacos because it’s the only sauce I had at home as a kid
I just feel like it’s an oddly basic choice when franks is mostly in my fridge for buffalo sauce and nostalgia

I love that hot sauce. But, I can do Texas Pete on hard boiled eggs.

Taco Bell’s “hot” is my favorite for American tacos, followed closely by Jack in the Box’s taco sauce. I’ve never been that big a fan of the fire sauce and flat out don’t like the Diablo sauce.

Ortega (any), Taco John’s, JitB’s. Also, the various sauces from Moe’s and Qdoba.

KFC Japan’s “Gekki Kara ” (super spicy) sauce. As always in Japan, it’s never as hot as the name claims but there’s a nice balance of heat and sweet. Sold for on chicken but makes a nice carry for tacos on the go. Not so many taco spots around so I bring my own to work sometimes.
I ask for half a bag full of Diablo sauce with my food from Taco Bell every time I go out drinking and the DD asks if we want to get some food. I’m a fiber technician and I can get some pretty gnarly days out in the field, and fixing up diner food or gas station grub with a Diablo sauce packet makes even super crappy food pretty enjoyable and the stuff won’t go bad on me, I keep a packet or two in my high-vis safety vest at all times, and a fistful of packets in the glove box in my work vehicle.

Taco Bells Diablo sauce, it’s the only one I’ll eat and something about it.

I will tolerate people judging my life choices, but my food is like… one of the few things I can make truly mine. I think Taco Bell sauces only taste good on taco bell food. If you want the best sauce for a taco, we are talking Mateo’s hot salsa, and it is not even close.

Ortega Hot. I didn’t really know about Ortega and when I learned about it it was through the “white people taco night” song so I avoided it but the one time I tried it I was pleasantly surprised. Not much to it but it’s better than Taco Bell sauce IMO.
