

This is Wicked Kitchen’s Seitan Reubens recipe but it’s genuinely one of the best seitan recipes I make. I’ve found over time that halving the seasoning the recipe calls for (the spices on the outside) helps and means you can make 2 pastrami rolls with one batch.
