Here is the Healthy Pasta recipe made with lots of vegetables, Penne Pasta from Durum Wheat and Light White Sauce.
Here is the easy Recipe of making it.
Boil 1.5 cup Penne Pasta in Water with 1 spoon Salt for 10 mins. Keep the pan partially covered on mid. flame.
Then add half Corn cob seeds + 1 Broccoli florettes for 2 mins. Cover & Turn off the flame.
Now strain water and keep it aside. We will use the Pasta Water in recipe further.
Now take a Vessel Add 3 tbs Oil + 20 gms Butter.
Add Chopped Garlic – 6 pcs.
Sliced 2 medium sized Onions & chopped Broccoli stems.
Saute for 2 mins on mid flame.
Add washed and cut Mushrooms 1 packet – 200 gm approx.
Now reduce flame to slow and add seasoning.
1 spoon Oregano.
1 spoon Pepper.
1 spoon Chilli flakes.
1.5 tsp Salt.
1 spoon White Flour.
Saute 30 secs.
Add 1 cup Milk & 1 cup Pasta Water.
Increase flame to mid. Cook until sauce thickens.
Add Boiled Pasta and Veggies.
Reduce flame. Mix & Stir.
Add 3 tbs Mozzarella Cheese.
Cover for 2 mins & Turn off flame.
Uncover stir and serve with Garlic Toast.
