I so crave a walk right now, but I'm stuck at work so I made some "cinnamon toast" instead.
40 cal for the bowl (1 piece of toast, calories from dusting of sweetener and cinnamon excluded)

*A tip: You can just pop toast into the microwave for 30 sec, and once cooled they gain a crunchy texture (from the loss of moisture I believe)
