People, this is soo good! I slowly roasted onions, with olive oil, thyme and oregano. Then made butter sauce – melted butter, minced garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Arranged onions on ricotta, drizzled with butter-garlic sauce and served with multi seed crackers. So delicious and satisfying! Onions have to be hot, straight from the oven – then combined with cold ricotta- mind blowing 😋🤤
