Good recipe, poor execution

Tried to remake my best grilled cheese but our chili crunch oil was low on oil and we were out mayonnaise. Bread crust is toasted a little unevenly and the chili wasn’t as easily spread, but still excellent. Butter bread, cheddar, chili oil crunch, topped with honey
