All aboard for some Michelin-starred dining! This fall, the lauded Bastion Collection and first-of-its-kind floating social club ARKHAUS are teaming up to offer French fare and savory cocktails afloat.

For two nights only, Le Jardinier and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Miami’s only two Michelin-starred restaurant, will offer the rare opportunity to experience their seasonal courses and sustainable culinary practices beyond their iconic locations.

For these open-to-the-public ‘Off the Grid’ dinners, guests will board solar-electric yachts and sail around Biscayne Bay while enjoying incredible skyline views. The 21+ series will begin with Le Jardinier on Thursday, October 2nd, where a fall-inspired menu by Chefs James Friedberg and Zack Pham will be served.

The restaurant is known for using refined French culinary techniques and celebrating seasonality, while honoring that every ingredient is used at its peak. This experience is priced at $395 per person.

Then, on November 13th, diners with find themselves steps beyond L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon’s iconic counter for a five-course tasting menu bobbing away on the water. Presented by Executive Chef Friedberg, dishes will be inspired by the changing season, showcasing the artistry, precision and creativity that define Robuchon’s culinary legacy. This evening is set at $790 per person.
