Turkish Chicken Kebabs:

Ingredients:
• Succulent chicken thighs🍗
• Creamy yogurt
• Aromatic spices
• Lemon juice🍋
• Fresh onion & garlic🧅🧄
• Tomato paste🍅
• Smoky paprika
• Spicy pul biber🌶️
• Olive oil🍾
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
2. Make the Marinade: Grate a fresh onion and squeeze out the moisture. Mix the onion with creamy yogurt, rich tomato paste, smoky paprika, spicy pul biber, aromatic spices, and a hint of lemon juice.
3. Marinate: Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let the chicken marinate for several hours, or even overnight, in the refrigerator.
4. Cook: Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. Bake them in the oven until they are wonderfully charred and juicy.
5. Serve: Enjoy the kebabs with a refreshing Turkish salad (made with tomatoes, red onions, and sumac), warm pita bread, and your favorite dips. A drizzle of pomegranate molasses is also recommended for a sweet and tangy flavor.
