Hey guys, Chef Jose. Today we’re going to be making spinach and riotta. Could be lasagna. Could be manakati. Anyway, it’s stuffed with these things rolled and it’s going to be fantastic. Add a cup of regotta cheese. Two eggs. Teaspoon of salt. Dried garlic. Dried onion powder. Oregano. Tablespoon of seasoned breadcrumbs. This will help with the moisture. Two cups of chopped spinach. Heaping tablespoon of grated cheese only. Logatel. After your mix, looks like that should be somewhat thick. in a pot with salted boiling water. Put these babies to cook for about 10 minutes. Okay, real simple stuff. So, your pasta’s cooked. Just take a little bit of your mixture, put it like, I don’t know, a quarter of the way up and just Okay, when it’s done, arrange them on a tray like this. Throw some sauce over the top. Put some mozzarella on there.
