Looks great. Good fried scallops are unbelievably sweet and succulent. About half of the fried scallops I order in MA are phenomenal and half are flavorless. I can only guess that the excellent examples are fresh while the tasteless ones are previously frozen.

Looks phenomenal aside from the packaged sauces, they should make those from scratch too it’s not hard!
