Inari and kappa maki are 2 of my favorites! You can tell a lot about a place by how they do the basics. My favorite is when the cucumber is sliced into matchsticks 😋

I haven’t seen Wakame Gunkan in my life yet but ur Inari and cucumber roll seem nice.

Have you tried making Kanpyo roll or wasabi roll?

    Kanpyo rolls are my favorite.

I think you might know, we Japane has no-fish rolls with many ingredients.

    f.e.
    – cucumber
    – Kanpyo
    – Umeboshi
    – Wasabi
    – Natto
    – Tuna(boiled)

These are recognized as cheap and daily foods.

  6. It should still be yummy 😋
We have these types of sushi in Japan as well, Inari and Kappamaki.
