I MADE A CANNOLI ICED LATTE

barista do. Oh. Oh. First, you need to start out with some espresso. I have the cheapest espresso machine that I could find when I was looking to get one. Um, so I don’t want to hear any comments about this, okay? Because this ain’t a Starbucks. Oh, that smells good. Add your espresso into this. I don’t know what this is called. Hit the star button and hope for the best. That does not work. Do you want to know why I’m a little extra chaotic today? It’s cuz my house has been going through something the past three days. Okay, I’m getting no sleep. Ice with a cup of milk. Add in your espresso. And then do the Starbucks barista dance. We’re out of paper towel. We’re on a paper towel. All right. So, set aside what’s left of your coffee. Going to make the topping, which is what’s going to make this into a canoli ice latte. Obviously, I have a canoli recipe, but then I also have a canoli dip recipe, which is just a softer version of canoli filling. And that’s kind of like what I’m doing here. So, most of the topping is going to be whipped cream, but we’re going to be adding in a couple things to give it that signature canoli flavor. What was that? A little bit of heavy cream. Oh. Oh. Ooh. Ooh. Wow. Adding in a little bit of ricotta. Oh, little bit of vanilla and a little sprinkle. Ooh. Okay. This is just not going well this morning. A little bit of powdered sugar. Mini chocolate chips because they need to be mini because we’re going to be drinking them with a straw. I’ve got a silly goose here cup cuz obviously I’m the silliest goose on the block. I don’t like sweetened coffee. So, this is just the espresso and the milk. But if you like sweetened coffee, I would add in some vanilla syrup. A little bit of our cannoli cream on top. And here it is, a canoli ice latte. All I know is that all these fancy coffee shops are so creative and they keep coming up with all these really awesome lattes and then y’all tag me asking me to make them. And then my kitchen looks like this. But I love that. Anyways, let me know what you want me to make next. I’m going to go drink this. [Music]

    Looks like that's some Illy brand coffee. No matter what you're making with it, I know it will be exquisitely tasty! One because you're a great cook. Two, that coffee brand, they're known for using only the top 1% of quality coffee beans from around the world. So whatever the brew, whether you like it sweet or simple it's like a little bit of heaven in a cup. It's always excellent. And no, I don't work for Illy. I'm just a fellow food nerd. 😉

    This is my day today and i appreciate that you made this video..just wanted to cry and fight against the tears to make the best out of the daay🫠i didn't spill coffee on me but keep letting things fall and getting stuck at the doorhandles for 20 times this day..you are still so calm its amazing 👏🏼
