    Eggs are fine. 4-7 yolks per week, no limit on whites.

    Eggs are always okay anytime of day. In moderation of course.

    IDK. I only use them in occasional cooking as needed. It depends on what nutrition expert you ask. Some will say eggs are a super food others will say they are the worst thing you can eat.
