Anyone have the “Heavy D” Stick Burning Heat Diffuser?


Was looking into getting the “Heavy D” Stick Burning Heat Diffuser by "Smoke Daddy Pellet Pro" for my Traeger, and was wondering if anyone here has one and if they like it or not? There's only 6 reviews for it on their website, so I'm not sure if it's worth the $100.

    So you lose the lower rack for cooking and it looks to be a fair bit of sinking around to load wood in it. If using smaller blocks of wood, you need to add lava rock so the whole thing doesn’t catch on fire (Smoke Daddy has a YT video discussing that), and screw around with the doors.

    I’m sure it works, but there are some draw backs for sure.

    I’ve got one. Use it with my Smoke Daddy pellet smoker. I like it. I’ve had it for 5 years now
