    Fat beautifully rendered, perfect for me.

    I’d prefer a couple minutes extra in the oven but perfection if that’s your temp.

  3. Bro you’re supposed to cook poultry all the way. You can’t leave the middle raw otherwise Salmonella is going to say hello to your stomach and intestines.
