    What’s the need for so much protein that you trade it off for any diversity or fresh foods?

    Make sure to track your fiber (mix of soluble and insoluble) – you don’t hear a lot of people dying from lack of protein but colon cancer is at all time high from lack of fiber in our diets.

    The tuna seems off too. But hard to tell without knowing the size of the can.
