Made with green olives, capers, parsley, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice, it can be eaten with crackers, or as a topped for hummus, salads, meats, and so much more.

* 9 oz jar green olives drained
* 2 tablespoon capers
* 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
* 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
* 2 garlic cloves
* Splash lemon juice
* Fresh cracked black pepper

* Add olives, capers, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to a food processor.
* Pulse until the mixture reaches your desired consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.
* Taste and adjust with more oil, lemon, or pepper if desired.
* Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
