Shishito peppers aren't usually spicy. These chips do have some shishito flavor but the other ingredients let this down. I suspect the black pepper. Fortunately their Hatch tortilla chips taste better.
I do like blistered shishito peppers. Even the occasional hot one.

I thought these were good other than the texture.
Does this mean that 1 in 10 chips are spicy?
