Owner just bought this open box, they didn’t ship it with instructions. Besides watching YouTube videos, you all got any advice or suggestions on how to use this thing?

Also, is the grill top supposed to feel rough? I’ve never seen a grill top that wasn’t polished stainless steel.

I use a spray bottle with oil/butter. Spray that with the ring molds down. Super important you keep this clean! It will quickly build up with grime from the oil.

Why use a 12” non stick pan when you can spend…..how much on an electronic egg fryer

use a spray bottle of clarified butter, wipe with a grill towel in between each cook. put a little water in between the ring molds to add some steam to the mix

    I used these A LOT!

    1. Oil the griddle, and make sure you oil the rings too.

    2. Next, crack the eggs into rings.

    3. Close lid.

    4. Fill reservoir with water

    5. Hit timer.

    6. When timer goes off, lift lid and rings, and you’ll have perfectly cooked eggs.

And just keep cooking on it, the griddle will smooth out. These things are AMAZING, and they outlasted all of my toys in the kitchen. It almost felt like cheating when cooking eggs 😂

One of my favorite things I’ve gotten to use!

Don’t use oil. Melt butter in a 6th pan and use a brush to lube it tral and the rings too ( rings down on the flat top) then crack your eggs into each ring. Salt and pepper, then bring the lid down. Fill the divots in the lid with water, and then press the timer button. It’s frying and steaming the eggs at the same time, for about a 60 second cook.

The one and two buttons are for one egg per ring or two eggs per ring, for a thicker egg patty. It changes the cook timer.

Edit: drunk typo. *Lube it all

You need to Crack the egg sideways into the circles and then close it. It’s not rocket appliances…

This is how McDonald’s cooks their eggs.
They use a spray bottle filled with oil for the rings.
    Crack them bitches in there.
Fill the cunt up and boom. Eggs motherfucker

Used to work at a spot that went thru 100 dozen eggs a day and used 3 of these instead of buying a flattop 😖

Google the make and model number, anyone who sells it will have the manual downloadable on their site

The points people made are what I was gonna say, to add on though, sometimes the eggs would leak out the side, just push down on the ring with your finger or a spat until it’s set (i think this only happened with carton eggs like egg whites though)
