So, we got chopped onions, chopped bell peppers. I added my meat into the walk, and then I added in my seasonings. So, today I’m just showing y’all how to make some homemade chili. And I’m just showing y’all everything that I use to make my homemade chili. And so, once I add everything together, I’m just going to mix it up and then I’m going to let my meat brown. And the reason I’m here today, y’all, making this video is because I got fired from my job and these bills don’t pay themselves. So, I’m here making content with y’all, showing y’all how to make some homemade chili. Um, so next, I added some saison. And then I went in with my chili mixes and I added my Rotel, my kidney beans, and my tomato sauce. And then we’re just going to mix everything up. And then over to the side, I got my crock pot heating up because I like to add my chili mix into the crock pot and let it simmer for about an hour or longer depending on like the consistency. I like mines a little bit thicker. I don’t like it too runny. Um, so I like to let it sit in the crock pot. And then, as you can see, I added some brown sugar to my chili just to balance out all the seasons. You know, you don’t want too much spice. Got to add some something sweet in there, too. Um, and then me and my kids, we love Jiffy cornbread, so don’t judge me. I made us some cornbread to go with the chili. And I also like to use saltine crackers, so you can use that as well.
