I’ve been eating healthy and I can’t stop pooping.
Is it normal? Like, before I used to poop once a day but now I poop about 4 to 5 times a day (almost every time I eat) is it normal? Is my body adjusting? lol! Thank you so much 😊

Dietary changes can clean you out. More fiber tends to lead to more bowel movements.
How long have you been eating healthy. From everything I have read it can take a few weeks to settle with big diet changes.

Did you used to drink sugar free drinks? Some people don’t do well with artificial sweeteners.

Is it possible the Dr Pepper Zero has sugar free substitutes that are causing a laxative? You add that combo with your high fiber diet, you are going to poo a lot.

Lucky for you, I have the opposite problem in a deficit.

There’s a tonne of fibre in this day you’ve tracked. Nopal + avocado + Chickpeas + lentils would give even the most backed-up person a quick trip to the toilet. Plus, if you’re not used to eating kefir it can change your bowel motions quite suddenly.

I’ve been once or twice a week. I do eat a lot of whole foods, whole grains …. Lots of fiber and not a lot of fake or chemical additive ingredients. On this 1200 life, I have to make sure I keep satiated, and get as many nutrients as a I can with so little. I believe that what comes out of the body is essentially what my body can’t use or didn’t have time to use…. So when I eat more things that gets used up, it results in less waste at the end of the process.
So if you’re pooping that much, I would say that there’s 2 things happening. 1. Your body may not like the artificial sweeteners, or caffeine and soda in general. I personally use Splenda as my sweetener of choice and don’t have problems. My partner reacts pretty badly to erithrytol so check that on your ingredients. 2. Your body needs more nutrient dense foods, it seems to be rejecting/wasting a lot of what you’re eating. So look for more whole foods and less artificial. I promise you will stay fuller longer and won’t be eating as much, but what you do way will be so satisfying.
