Top 3 for me: Beaumont des crayères (60% pinot meunier, an hint of honey on the nose) Piper-heidseck (best cuvée de base of the big houses of Champagne in my opinion for the price) , Laurent perrier rosé (100% pinot noir, the nose is fantastic, like we say in french with good burgundy; ça pinotte!!!)

Don pérignon has a nose of its own, very pastry-ish. But overall for the price (355$ here) i think its not a good deal. The color was very pale and translucide compared to the other ones wich is kind of surprising for an old vintage like that (2015)
Thoughts on Drappier? I just had it recently and thought it was good for the price
