Creamy tomato tortellini soup!
Ingredients

20oz package of tortellini
20 oz can of tomato soup+ 1 can water
2 cups half and half
1 Tsp “better than bouillon chicken base” or a chicken stock
2cups water
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
3 or more garlic cloves
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Tsp sea salt
1Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp onion powder
Optional toppings, cayenne pepper, Parmesan cheese,

Directions

Start off by mincing garlic as fine as you can get it. Measure out 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes then slice them into smaller pieces, set aside with minced garlic. Pre measure dry spice ingredients if you like and set aside or just add when its time. Heat up your pot to about medium heat add oil and sauté garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Once sautéed add two cups of water mix, add your chicken stalk or better than bouillon chicken base. Then add your can of tomato soup plus one can of water, give it a good mix. Next add two cups of half and half, stir up, add your dry seasonings mix really good and bring to a boil. Once you get a nice rolling boil add your tortellini and turn temp down to where you have a light boil going on. Lightly boil for recommended time on package stirring up occasionally making sure none stick to bottom of pot. Let cool down for a few minutes, serve in a bowl, add optional toppings or anything else you would like to add. You can eat this by itself or you could do a side salad and garlic bread and enjoy!
