Tonight we had turkey club wraps. Starting off the night before, I went ahead and cleaned my turkey breast, which is boneless. And then I prepared my brine with the seasonings you see on the screen here. And I added some hot water to dissolve everything in some cold water to cool it down. Then I put my turkey breast in there and put the lid on it. I labeled it and I let it set overnight. Then I went ahead and got my baking sheet lined with parchment paper and I laid the turkey breast on there. And then I just seasoned it with those same seasonings, just a light layer over the top. Then I put that in the oven on 375 to cook. And I went ahead and started prepping my bacon. And now today I’m just using some thin sliced bacon regular and just laying those in a single layer across my baking sheet so that they’re not too thick for the wraps. And I just placed that in the oven as well. And those normally cook faster than the turkey. So just going to keep an eye on that. Then I went ahead and got my lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions. And then I just started with the lettuce and I cut off the bottom, cut it in half, and then I just peel back all of the like leafy layers until you get to like the main kind of core part. And I just set that aside and use it for salads later. And I cut those halves in half. And then I wash those off as well as the tomatoes. Then I cut off top and bottom of the onion, cut it in half, and then just cut it into really thin slices. And then I repeat that same process with the tomatoes. And then I set everything aside. By this time, the bacon was done. So I took that out. And then once my turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165, I pull that and let it cool completely. Then I went ahead and removed the skin off the top. And then I thinly sliced this turkey breast all the way. And as you can see, it is very juicy and super tender. Then here are all the slices laid out. And then I went ahead and got the other things I needed for the wrap, which was tortillas, cheese, and I forgot to show these, but candied jalapenos. Then I just layered everything. Tortillas, turkey, cheese, melted bacon, tomato, onion, lettuce. Wrap it up, cut it in half, and there you have it. Hope you guys enjoy. If you try it, let me
