Just whipped up some super easy Greek chicken skewers for lunch and had to share. 🍗🇬🇷
Cut up some chicken breasts, tossed them with a couple spoonfuls of the Simply Greek Souvlaki spice blend + olive oil, skewered them, and threw them on the grill. That’s it.
Came out juicy, tender, and packed with flavor—basically a quick Mediterranean feast with almost no effort.

Easy Greek Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Simply Greek Souvlaki Shis-Kebob Spice blend
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or enough to coat)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Steps:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into quarters (or bite-sized chunks if you like smaller pieces).
  2. Toss the chicken in a bowl with the spice blend and olive oil until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
    • Tip: if you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15–20 minutes first so they don’t burn on the grill.
  4. Grill the skewers over medium heat until cooked through and lightly charred, about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with pita, tzatziki, or a fresh salad for a quick Greek-style meal.
