Ingredients for the meatballs: – 1 lb ground chicken – 1 egg – 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs – 1/3 cup Romano cheese – 1/4 cup fresh parsley (finely diced) – 1 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp dried basil – 1/2 tsp dried oregano – 1/2 tsp onion powder – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes – 1/4 tsp black pepper (I usually add a dash of milk to my meatball mixture, but that’s totally optional)
