Grilled Shrimp & Beef Kebobs with Avocado Tzatziki Sauce

Think bustling souk spice markets, the scent of coriander, cumin, and garlic filling the air. This dish was inspired by travels with my family, exploring those vibrant markets-colorful spices piled high, aromas and flavors that have stayed with us long after we returned home.
That’s the spirit behind this grilled duo: juicy top sirloin and sweet Gulf shrimp, tossed in a Moroccan-inspired blend that’s bold, smoky, and irresistible.
And then comes the magic: my avocado tzatziki sauce-cool, creamy, and herby with just the right tang. It’s the perfect contrast to the warm spices, spooned over the beef and shrimp, or served as a dip with pita chips and fresh veggies for an easy appetizer. Honestly, it’s so good you’ll want to put it on everything.
Paired with my last post-couscous studded with figs, golden raisins, and pine nuts-it’s a combination that makes for a truly magical evening.
