This was my first attempt on the Weber making bread and made the mistake of not preheating the grill, but it wasn’t bad. I had another loaf in the oven at the same time which turned out beautifully. The flavor is legit wood fired pizza bread. I know what to do next time.

Beautiful. I, as many, love bread. I now need to try this. Wonder if using a cast iron Dutch oven would work well on a Weber for baking bread…..
