Every time I come to Washington DC I go to Chinatown Express and get the noodles. Shrimp Wonton. Just so happens our hotel is around the corner. Nothing like fresh noodles.

Nothing like a hand pulled noodle in Chinatown

Looks very tasty. I usually make the soups with either the noodle or the dumplings as otherwise too much noodle taste. Bok Choi always nice.

Here to ask for all hand pulled noodle spots.

These aren’t hand pulled noodles. Though it looks delicious.

AAAAAAA CHINATOWN EXPRESS MENTION ‼️ been eating there for a straight twenty years [since I was three] and I was devastated when they remodeled for a year,,, the first time I took my best friends to DC and they were like “oh well, is there any other place you recommend?” and that was when I realized that *chinatown express is the only place I’ve eaten in DC for twenty years.* needless to say I was sorely disappointed having to go to a random sandwich shop instead. so glad they reopened and I was able to go again this past August when I attended Otakon 😊

  7. I got a noodle you can han….. I mean, looks delicious

  8. I love how the noodles kind of twist and tangle over the top-it makes the whole dish feel rustic and homemade. You can tell they were pulled by hand because they have that uneven, natural looks, which makes them so much better than factory-cut noodles.

those won tons look great too. I hate the fake ultra thick wrapping, the real deal is thin and super delicious, it makes a ton of difference!
