Homemade Hummus

Take a cup of boiled white channa and peel off the skin. Add 2–3 garlic cloves. Use olive oil for better taste. I added 1 tablespoon of curd instead of oil and tahini. Add ½ tablespoon of cumin seeds, some chili powder for spice, and the juice of half a lemon. Blend everything together until creamy, adding the water strained from the boiled chickpeas as needed. Now it’s ready to serve! Add some seasoning on top.
