I’ve lost over 90 lbs eating delicious, easy, high protein snacks like this. Today, let’s make my healthy cheesy spinach and artich choke dip that’s fit for one and ready in less than 3 minutes. This is so simple. We’re going to first blend the base of the high protein spinach artich choke dip. Going to add a half a cup of cottage cheese, one clove of garlic, some onion powder, garlic powder, and some salt and pepper. Blend till smooth. Now, I’m going to add the blended cottage cheese mixture to my little mug. You can do this in a rakin, a small dish, and we’re going to fold in some mozzarella, parmesan, our chopped artich chokes, and chopped spinach. Fold everything together right in the mug until it’s nice and incorporated. Sprinkle on a little more shredded mozzarella. And this is going in the microwave for about 2 minutes until it’s nice and bubbly and all the cheese is melted. And there you have it. Hot, melty, easy, high protein spinach artich choke dip with over 20 grams of protein. This is so good.

  1. Microwaves make everything carcinogenic and destroys over 70% of all nutrients. Also, they mutate the cell wall of EVERYTHING even water. Do not ever use a microwave. A pot on the stove or oven works better.
